Collection and Item IDs don't change after restoring to backup

Right now if you restore your site via backup, the collection IDs and Item IDs will change. If you're using the API to reference specific items in another system, this can break your process. There should at least be a warning, and really these ID...

Name Field should be editable

When creating a collection, the first Field "Name" is not editable. It would be great to be able to edit it, in order to contextualize it, or in my case, translate it :)
