Email Confirmation to People who Submit a Form

It would be really helpful for individuals to have a hard copy of the confirmation that their form has been submitted.

Duplicate form fields

Adding a new form field requires tinkering of each setting to get it to look at feel like the others. Being able to duplicate form field, or have a "format painter" option would help speed up the process dramatically
