Option To Add a Initiation/Set Up Fee For Ecommerce Subscriptions

It would be cool if we could have the option to add a one-time initiation/set-up fee for e-commerce subscription products. For example, a lot of gyms have a one-time initiation fee as part of the contract when you first sign up.
