Hi!
My name is Michael WIllett, and I own a mid-sized web development business located in North Houston, Texas.
Prior to learning the Webflow platform I was using Adobe Muse. In my opinion, Webflow is much superior to Adobe Muse in many ways, HOWEVER one way in which Webflow falls short is the ability to directly publish a website that is built on the Webflow platform to and external FTP account.
This "idea" has been suggested many times, by countless developers, since as early as 2014 (as i can see from previous threads).
Can Webflow PLEASE create this feature ASAP?
I understand that Webflow generates revenue from suggesting the use of their own hosting services, but considering the expense associated Webflow's hosting plans in comparison to the cost effectiveness of other hosting platforms - as well as the likelihood that developers (such as myself) have already purchased and integrated large SSL slots - the simplicity that this addition would create may have a very, very positive effect for Webflow on the whole; including (but not limited to) increased interest in using your platform from developers who do not currently use it due to this (currently) missing feature.
If you all would consider implementing this feature (in my opinion, as well as that of others whom i have seen in numerous threads), it would be a very advantageous addition for your company and your WONDERFUL PLATFORM.
Thank you for your time and consideration!
