Hide form submissions in dashboard

I have some clients which receive information via form submissions. This information is confidential and the only one who should see it is my client. But on my dashboard there are all form submissions listet and there is no way to prevent this. It would be great to have this feature especially with the upcoming GDPR

    Through this button, only admins should be able to unlock the data. Currently, if you lock it, any collaborator can unlock it - so what's the reason for having it? It the argument is that it's trust based and no one will unlock it, why not trusting that anyone will read or export submission data in the first place.
