I just tried to search a CMS list of products to discover that WF does not search fields beyond the name (unless I am missing something). So I wanted to search for all products in a certain series and could not.
It would also be great to see more columns in the CMS backend table view. Well this would be essential to show the search results effectively I guess.
As it is for any significant data management I will have to build an external database in something like airtable or FileMaker and api it into WF.

Definitely agree. It would be great to filter more that just name to search for an item in any column. Then sort the filtered list. I've run into this limit quite often.

This would be such a helpful upgrade! I created a work around but it adds time and complexity to my workflow.

Hey, i'm running into this issue myself!
I thought i could do a quick search on the backend via my product SKU's because i input those into each product i made, but no luck :(
The backend search is literally just the name, which is kind of limiting no?
