Better support options than just a forum

The forum is great and makes it possible for a newbie to use Webflow, given that guides/courses can't cover every detail and every application of the tools, but the forum is hit and miss. There's no guarantee when or if other users will answer the question or, if they do, of the quality of their response. At the very least there should be actual Webflow support people monitoring the forums and stepping in - and not just on their own time.

    Currently, there are only 10 Customer Success Specialists.  Our community is growing very rapidly and we are hiring more people team members soon. We do not have the bandwidth to help with design or custom code issues.  If you need designer or custom code help, please consider hiring 1on1 help on the freelance category, experts site, or from Sixty.
