Staggered Animation for Collection List Items

The ability to stagger the animation of Collect List Items so that on “scroll into view” or "Page Load" they slide in starting with the leftmost item first, and ending up on the rightmost.

    I need this right now. Have a grid of images based on a collection that I would love to stagger the fade on when scrolled into view.
