Get bg color for hover states from the CMS

I have projects where I change the colors of buttons a links to match different brands. The current take color from CMS option also overrides the hover state.

You should change this to COLOR VALUES FOR HOVER STATES USING CMS COLOR INPUT FIELDS. So it's not just BG Color.
