As much as I love clicking through every single element to see where negative margins, extra padding, or whatever else is messing up a responsive design are, it would be AMAZING to have those margin/padding numbers as well as some other high level info like display type, width+height etc show up when I hover over an element. It would probably save me a few thousand clicks a day.
