When dealing with large forms (like on a real-estate website) it would be great to group/separate fields.
In my example the "listings" collection has over 30 fields. When you present that form to the user, it's just a wall of inputs and it's a little daunting.
Groups (with titles) would allow us to visually separate (or even paginate) form fields so the UI is cleaner and easier to navigate.
Rough idea attached.
Large CMS's are hard to navigate and having the ability to group them off into sections would be a great addition to the UI.
Webflow please add this! We can already group variables, why not group collection fields??
Also conditional visibility would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL, like Tim Muller said: "It would also be great if you could add conditional visibility to the backend fields. For example when going with the real estate example: That when you select "Apartment" in a dropdown field, that you only get to see the relevant custom fields for Apartments"
This should be so easy to implement for the Webflow development team. Please add this feature!

This is so necessary. When presenting a list of up to 30 fields or sometimes up to 60 fields depending on the site plan to at a client or even when taking over a project from someone else as a webflow developer is so incredibly messy and confusing.
Having the ability to group the cms input fields would be huge! This would create a much better user experience for our clients
Wanting this today!
We deal with a lot of fields not actually shown on the website but for SEO (schema structured data, meta text and title, GA events). It would be great to divide the form into different sections.
