You should be able to easily duplicate entire sections with their nested content by simply copy and pasting. One thing to note however is that any content changes e.g. changing copy or images, made in the new instance will not be carried over to the original instance or any other instance for that matter. Only CSS styling that has been properly classed and maintained will carry over e.g. type fonts, weights and sizing, padding and margin, etc. A good way of managing this is with Symbols. They will allow you to easily duplicate sections across multiple pages and instances while maintaining properly classed CSS styling and content. You could also take advantage of overrides to the Symbol when you want to create Symbol variants.

I concur with Sakina, right now the process is really obscure, ideally it would be a "select > duplicate > paste where you want in the structure
