Hi,
I love the latest Style Manager update, it shows:
But I think its missing one crucial feature - quick search / identifier
Situation: When we build a website, we have hundreds of classes and combo-classes. Although the current Style Manager allows us to locate the elements affected, it doesn’t allow us to easily find a class or comb-class.
We literally need to read each one, to find the class we’re looking for… To solve this, I have 2 ideas:
Idea 1: Quick Search
Similar to CMS items quick search, this feature would allow us to quickly find the class we’re looking for in the Style Manager. The results would also show combo-classes.
Idea 2: Identifier
When we select a class (incl. combo) on the designer and then, go to the style manager, the selected class (incl. combo) would be highlighted.
What do you guys think?
When building larger sites on Webflow, this is critical. I build 50+ page site all the time constantly need to get access to existing styles in the fastest way possible....right now, that's literally scrolling through the list of styles in the style manager. PLEASE add filtration of styles. It seems like this would be a "quick win".
Missing Style Manager search badly, will save so much time!
