It basically sucks. Especially when Allow Multiple is turned on.

Can you provide some further details on how the Select Field isn't meeting your needs e.g. styling, configuration, etc? The Select Field can be a tricky element to work with in or out of Webflow so it would be great to better understand.
We had to use this for the first time today and yes... yes it does.
