Paste HTML into Rich Text field Merged

It seems ludicrous that I can't simply paste in structured HTML into a Rich Text Field.

As it is the styling options are, to say the least, basic. Even the most rudimentary rich text editor in every other CMS on the planet allows for more flexibility than this.

Please trust your users more.

CMS Rich Text Custom (HTML) Embed Merged

It would be handy if we could embed custom HTML in CMS Rich Text objects. Currently we can embed use embedly but there isn't an option for embedding regular html, like a banner.
