Set default for billing address country option in the checkout page.
Currently the billing address country option lists all the countries and defaults to United States. I'd like the ability to set another country as the default choice in the option element.

Please fix this, having lots of customers miss out on paying GST/tax due to not selecting Australia. I thought credit card company would pick up on this but payment often still goes through.

Hi everyone!
Use the code: Before the </body> tag in Checkout page settings
This is an absolute must! Many customers are not in the US :)

Honestly, i'm surprised that this basic functionality isn't possible right now. Huge pain-point for majority of my clients in Canada.

How is setting default values not possible? This is standard form behavior we're requesting.

+1 Bruno IP someone who does shopping will most likely not disguise location or, defaulting the country based on browser (i.e. EN-UK).

interesting view of the world... i wonder who did the briefing at webflow for this feature. of course the default country has to be set-able in at least two ways:
manually
based on the IP range of the visiting browser

I need this functioanlity urgently - cannot believe it is not already there, it makes no sense to have billing defaulting to the USA outside the USA.
Has there been any update from Webflow?

Hi everyone!
Use the code: Before the </body> tag in Checkout page settings
<script>$('select[name="address_country"]').val('NO');</script>
Before the </body> tag in Checkout page settings.
Change the 'NO' to your qountry, mine is Norway - therefore "NO"
