Better Arabic design experience Merged

Please add a full support for RTL (right to left) languages, when I try to create a website in Arabic language (RTL) the designer keeps everything LTR (left to right) 

As shown in the attachment

The point handle of the div inside the
grid show up on the right side instead
of the left side which cause some
sort of confusion
