Downvote Function

I would like to be able to downvote particular ideas that I feel would take valuable development time away from other submissions. I know I can choose not to vote for an idea, but downvotes would give a clearer view of community opinions.

    I thought about this and I don't want it to be taken as divisive. I just think right now I can either vote or not vote. Maybe it would be good if we have three choices:

    • Not vote
    • Nice to have 
    • Really want
