UI improvement for ruler that shows while adjusting the viewport

Two ways to improve the viewport ruler

1) have a toggle switch to leave the ruler on even once we let go of the viewport adjuster, so that we can see what device size we are currently on at all times.

2) add a vertical ruler that would give us the same functionality as the horizontal

This would make it way easier to create "outside of the box" design solutions without a lot of back and forth guess work to get the the design adapted to all devices. You would be able to see the exact ratio and size for each device.

If this was combined with custom breakpoints we would easily be able to design for different devices with minimal testing.

Dude you see a horizontal ruler? WHERE!? I've been looking for a damn ruler in Webflow and have been absolutely unsuccessful. I've seen posts from the co-founder back in 2014 stating there will be a ruler.... it's now 2023 and I still don't see a ruler.

I'm just absolutely shocked that a fundamental tool like a ruler is missing from an application that promotes not needing code and being more of a design oriented approach to building websites.

I love what they have built, don't get me wrong, not knocking, but I do think they could have done this by now... it's been years.
