The Client Editor should have the option to add prebuild sections to the pages.
The designer of the website designs prebuild layouts, just like the new update called "prebuild layouts" that Webflow released within the designer.
The client can add those prebuild layouts in the client editor
The designer can define when and where this is possible.
I designed a quick example that you can find in the attached file.
