In instances where multiple form submission notification emails sent by Webflow are rejected/blocked by a spam filter (or bounce for whatever reason), the recipient address gets automatically added to a restricted email list which will block form submissions from being sent. This is done to protect Webflow's sender domain reputation.
However, when this happens, Webflow should alert the Workspace Owner and/or site admins to notify them of the situation so that they have the opportunity to rectify the situation/request to have Webflow unblock the address ASAP.
Otherwise, considerable time may pass before this gets noticed, with the potential of many lost enquiries/leads.

To ensure form notification uptime, we strongly advise whitelisting the following email addresses on all associated mail servers (and any mail filtering software):
no-reply@webflow.com
no-reply@webforms.io
no-reply-forms@webflow.com
