Form notification settings are shared across all forms on the site. This means that even if you create multiple separate forms on your site, it will log entries in a separate table in Webflow, but we cannot route separate form submissions to separate email addresses. For example, I want submissions on form A to go to coaching@website.com and submissions on form B to go to team@website.com. I cannot do that. Instead, all form submissions must be sent to the same universal email address.
