Support Freelancers & Small Businesses: Allow for 1 free Custom Domain and/or a Smaller CMS plan

As I am transferring from an agency that paid for the workspace and website, to my own, it is a real bummer to have to pay $200 to be able to edit other people's sites, and then an additional $300 to actually have a site that can host a portfolio. It's forcing me to shell out cash in a season where I don't have consistent incoming revenue just so that I can build a business doing what I have done for so many other clients— by recommending and consistently using Webflow.

User Story: As a freelancer/solopreneur starting a business, I would like to be able to have an affordable option that lets me fully access client workspaces to build a client base, and affordably launch my business with the ability to have a portfolio.

Solves:
- Framer allows for 2 CMS on their second tier plan (I chose to use Framer to get a landing page up in the cheapest way possible since they allow for custom domains at a lower pricepoint). If you allowed for this on Basic, I would immediately choose that.
- Allow 1 Workspace-paid site to have a free custom domain on their free site. Just 1 :) Less money here overall, but in the long run that person will be recommending and working with people who ARE paying for "all the things".

I unfortunately may continue to use Framer for my website, so that I can have access to what I need at a cheaper price point in this season. I really don't want to though!
