Rationalize help and support with a single interface

Currently, there is a lot of confusion between all the resources provided by Webflow to assist users : help docs, university, discourse forum, support with AI chatbot and e-mail. So many entries make you lost. Please thing of a single, AI based interface that connects you to all resources and allows you to contact support. Also, could you think of redesigning all your help docs in a more practical, user-friendly way that speaks to non-technicians.
