Currently support is limited to incidents and bugs but refuses to help on design issues. Webflow is COMPLEX, and many users cannot afford an in-house developer or a freelancer. Freelancers do not accept to work for you for small interventions. So small companies are STUCK with no help on difficult design issues (in our case, generating a pop-up window with delay for newsletter subscription, Webflow refused to help review what we did and finalize, it would take them 15 minutes max !).
This is a bureaucratic limitation that we find extremely frustrating : we are willing to pay for support above what is included in our plan ! Webflow would make a lot of money and this, and clients would be happy. Win-win.
