I’d like to suggest a few enhancements to the CMS Collections interface that could significantly improve content management and version control:
It would be incredibly helpful to display a timestamp of the last publish directly at the top of the Collection page, near the "Publish" button. This would provide immediate context for content editors and help teams coordinate updates more effectively.
A side-by-side comparison pane showing current vs. previous versions of a Collection item would be a powerful addition. This would allow users to:
Review changes before publishing
Identify what was modified
Ensure accuracy and consistency
Introducing a timeline-based version history with the ability to rollback to previous versions would bring peace of mind to content editors. This feature would be especially valuable in collaborative environments where multiple users are updating content.
These features would enhance transparency, reduce errors, and streamline the publishing workflow.
