Users (clients) should be able to make global/default edits to component content, not just instances/properties.
For example, if I create a global footer then the client should be able to update the address in the footer that rolls out across all instances globally... without having to either switch to Designer, ask me to do it, or have the footer be CMS-driven (a waste of a collection/CMS items).
That's totally missing! I work with my client on their site, but the communication team has only "build" access to their Webflow-Pages, and for some components we needed to remove the capabilities for instance overrides because of this. On five websites in their workspace.
Maybe a solution could be that the editors could access the linked underlining properties and their default values. And if I (designer-role) could select which of the elements they can change the property settings, it would be a blast!
