We need page specific localization settings. All I really need to do is update the HTML Lang attribute for SEO purposes on a few pages but don't want to duplicate every page of my site with a Localization plan.

We have a site that started being built before Localization features came out so we structured it a certain way and don't want to re-structure and translate the entire site.
