Hello,
In Europe, it's mandatory to send an invoice to a client each time he orders. Here, the best way to do this would be to send automatically a PDF into the order confirmation email. Maybe make an editable pdf and a field which take the products ordered.
This is super necessary. I shouldn't need to purchase a third party addon when webflow supposedly has ecommerce built in.

Hey All,
We created an app to print and download Webflow ecommerce invoices.
It has a few features people have been asking for:
Bulk Printing
Add custom return policy to invoices
Add custom logo to invoices
Check it out at https://www.astroic.com/
Let us know if you have any questions: contact@astroic.com. We can add emailing of the pdf invoice if that's a feature people still want.

Hello all, generating legal compliant invoices is now possible.
We at PamBill have now added support for Webflow. This currently means you need to manually export the orders via the CSV export option in Webflow and then drag and drop the file on the PamBill dashboard.
After that, the import wizard will help you through the process and in the end you will have PDF invoices and/or delivery notes.
At a later stage, we plan to create a Webflow API integration so that we can offer full automatic order import and optional email sending to your customers.
PamBill is available since 2014, and we are from Germany. The solution is available in English, French and German. We plan to add more languages.

This is so necessery in Europe. I'm doing it manually - this is a mess. Actually, i'm thinking to switch to Shopify just because an Invoice is mandatory in Germany.
@Webflow. This can't be a big thing for you. Please fix it fast or stop promoting the Ecommerce option

All the yes-es!! I'm in the process of creating an ecommerce site, and pretty shocked this isn't a standard feature for the ecommerce offering. Any plans to add it in the near future?

Hey guys,
this is a super important feature for any e-commerce website – on the customers side as well as on the online shop side.
It can't be that hard to implement as the system is already generating emails with this customers details.
What's up with that?

There are a couple of apps for shopify that cover this feature very well, i really hope we can get something similar for webflow, because at the moment there is no solution for invoicing, and there are no billing softwares that have integration with webflow e-commerce

yes, it is absolutely necessary to send and invoice automatically. Atm, i do this by hand and this is kind of a heavy pain. A function doing this automatically would be highly appreciated.
It would be the same as the order confirmation, but with additionally:
Ust ID (Tax ID) and responsible Tax office
value added tax (it has to be optional. As a small business, no VAT is charged)
client number and order number
client address
link to General terms and conditions / License Agreements /...
business address
