As far as I can tell this is not possible. I believe the original requester wants to use multiple paragraphs in one blockquote.
In trying to do this today, the rich text editor forces you to have a blockquote per paragraph. This looks terrible for trying to style a multi-paragraph quote.
You should be able to accomplish this by hitting enter/return to move down to another line and break up paragraphs. Please let us know if there is something we are missing or if we are misunderstanding the context of your idea.
