Managing orders and customer messages on the go from a phone app is sometimes the difference between making a sale and not. Honestly, Etsy does this specific feature really well. Ideally the app would be an extension of the Editor/backend of the Webflow ecommerce section where I as the seller can get a notification when I've received an order, can message with the customer, and can mark an order as fulfilled from one convenient spot.
