It would be helpful to have an injection input in the custom code section of the settings that places the code right after the body open tag for Google Tag Manager and other integrations.
Better integration with Google 4 is a must do!
In order to achieve doing this, you have to place a custom HTML element on every page and remember to place it when creating new pages.
