It looks like loading the js (typically jQuery) via Cloudfront CDN is the major problem causing the issue.
Can Webflow provide an option to turn it off?
I'm almost certain this will work, though keeping in mind I'm novice at coding (if I wasn't, wouldn't be using a site specifically to create dynamic content).
If you're having an issue with access due to the specific content delivery network, or CDN, then I'd recommend you find a CDN based in China that hosts Jquery, and replace the link in the code (near the bottom of the page) with the Chinese content delivery network.
You won't be notified about changes to this idea.
