To make a heading element linked you have to add a link block and a heading inside of it.

If you pull the text from the CMS, you're no longer able to make it linked. Webflow please add an option for headings to be both pulling text from the CMS and linking to the current element.

I'm basically taking this from another post because the admin closed it without solving that issue.
