As it currently stands, when a user adds a video to a rich text element they are not given an option to add any alternate tags for the iframe tag itself. For example - Title tag.
If a user does not know how to write JavaScript, this would be an instant fail of WCAG AA accessibility compliancy.
This could be implemented in the same way Webflow offers an Alt tag option for an image. (Please see the screenshot attached for an example)
