WebFlow experts answering forum questions

So far, I've been able to find every one of my questions in the forum and not a single one has been answered. It's interesting that others have the same questions as me but utterly useless when there is no answer. If you're not going to have a customer service person I can contact directly, then you should at least hire people to go through the forum and answer the questions.
