It would be great to have a layout page approach in addition to the symbol approach. On this layout page you would have the elements you share with every page (like navigation and the footer ...). Then you could define an area (or maybe more than one (with different variables) to "paste" the content from the current page. 

This way you don't need to add i.e. the nav and footer to each new page by hand.
