At the moment when you reference another CMS item, the reference connection does not show up in the other CMS item. You have to manually go over and select it there too. It would us so much time to offer a function through which you can switch on some sort of two-way selection sync between CMS items referencing one another.

And yes Airtable, Notion, Monday Everything has it. cmsses are sometimes really cumbersum because of the one way link. sometimes you need to add a one way reference on both sides to get pages and templates-pages to be set-up the way you want.
