There needs to be an included ability in the CMS plan to have file uploads on forms. Why? Imagine having the ability to use logic on a form to create a cms item e.g a blog post without going to the Webflow editor? You could create a form with a photo or other file upload option, hook that up to a Logic Flow and you will have another CMS item page with your blog and including the image/photos. This is great because it means you can put the form in a gated content page so website owners/admin can just login and create blog posts with editing, seems logical really!
