Allow a subdomain to point to a specific site in Webflow

Currently, if I have 5 sites designed in Webflow and I want each to be a subdomain of a parent domain that I've purchased (let's say they are all events for a single company), I have to pay for hosting for each one of these sites. I want to be able to simply buy the domain once and then connect a subdomain to any site that I have built in Webflow.

We can dispute the pros/cons of this for SEO later but this is functionality that would be a huge help from an organizational perspective – and more importantly, a cost perspective!

Has there been any movement toward this happening? Right now, the restriction of needing a separate hosting plan for each subdomain is why I'm not hosting anything with Webflow.

This feature has been requested since 2016. If there is one reason to leave webflow, this would be it. This is a MUST feature… Come on webflow… it’s 2021…

Would also be great for demo sites that we create for clients, then they can use the editor to add text during the design process.

My clients need to host their sites with own local host, So I can not use the CMS for the final site, but it would be great give clients access to the editor during design. And this could solve just that for me.
