I would kill for a keyboard shortcut for "Publish to selected sites"
This is something a lot of us do frequently and, while it IS something we want to avoid accidentally doing, it's still too many clicks away (time is money).

Suggestion solution:
• Make it a 3-key command, rather than 1 or 2.

This ensures that the user can't accidentally publish when they didn't mean to, while greatly increasing productivity by minimizing the amount of mouse movements and mouse clicks. 🙂
