Whenever a site is published, the Last Published tag's date and time are modified on every page of the site, not just whatever page was updated.

It would be useful to have the ability to:

1. Limit the modification of the date and time to just the pages that have actually been updated

2. Have the ability to manually assign the "Last Published" date and time on a per-page basis

3. Remove the “Last Published” declaration all together

This is causing a problem because we are using a service that monitors the website for any changes and reports on those changes. We are getting false positives on every single page because the Last Published date and time are being updated sitewide.
