My primary locale is in english and I've added secondary locales for de-DE and de-AT.

Once I've finished localising the de-DE content I want an easy way to override the de-AT content with it, so I don't have to do the same translations again.

Ideally, this would be possible for individual elements of a page. But even overriding the whole content of a page would be a huge improvement and time saver.
