Suggestion:

Add an interaction to STOP/START YouTube playback on click.

Design Concept:

I like the concept of using the Tabs element to store multiple videos. The idea is you click on each tab to reveal a new video. The problem is YouTube will not stop playback automatically when the embed is hidden.
