Current Designer UI has a hard requirement of 1440px window width.
This width does not seem to align with usable designer, particularly when working on a mobile or tablet design. Particularly when working with a split screen (ie left and right sides of the monitor/screen show two different windows/apps), this requirement seems unnecessary.
Recommend removing this hard-coded and unnecessary restriction.
