Allow more than one user to use design mode by allowing the designers to check in and out of pages.

Using the design mode view will allow better user flow and user experience. Even having a developer mode would benefit developers so they can use it to edit API and connect items while the designer is creating the web visuals.

If I am on one-page designing, the developer can go and edit another page if it's not checked out.
