Re-enable animated GIF thumbnails in the Webflow showcase to make life more interesting

While previously added animated GIF thumbnails still work, it is no longer possible to use animated GIFs, which get automatically converted into static images.

Not only is it confusing to see GIF as a supported filetype, causing confusion when animated GIFs don't then work, it is also disappointing since it makes the thumbnail less communicative.

A lot of sites are defined by their interactions, movement, and things like the recent Rive integration, and having static images only doesn't allow you to showcase the work in an interesting way.

Really strange that the feature was removed — animated thumbnails are great and useful. #bringgifsback
