This is just a request for Webflow University and the certification tests.
When all questions have been answered and submitted for final review it only shows which questions were answered correctly and which were incorrect.
Ideally, the incorrect answers would have the correct answer displayed with them along with which answer was chosen, that was incorrect. This helps to actually learn from mistakes, without that feedback it's hard to know what the correct answer was.
Bonus if it can respond with why the chosen answer was wrong.
