In Webflow, many essential properties and settings are still not available as component properties. This limitation significantly reduces the practicality of component-based building, especially in Build Mode. As a result, creating a stable and consistent design system is still nearly impossible.
Here are the most critical missing properties from my perspective:
• CMS Filter
• CMS Sorting
• Lightbox Media
• Background Video
• Span, Bold, Italic, Link, etc., for text and headings (not Rich Text!)
• Custom Code
• Lottie File
I strongly wish for these properties to become available as component properties soon. Currently, the inconsistency of what can and cannot be built as a component creates confusion. This is especially challenging for my clients, as it leaves them with the impression that Webflow is complicated or inflexible.

Background Video in components would be really nice
related: instead of just a Visibility toggle, a more generic Boolean would be great. Especially if I have the option to !boolean (i.e. NOT TRUE or the opposite of the boolean): I'm thinking in terms of a toggle switch that selects between an image or a video backgroudn on a Cover element. I could call the Boolean "Video" or something similar, such that if Video is TRUE, the visibility of Video is true and the visibility of the image (which I want to set to !video) would consequently turn hidden)
