I'm the co-founder of a SaaS startup and my partner and I have created a SaaS that requires an upload of a .JS file to the website root directory, but since Webflow doesn't allow users to access that, it has been a huge issue. The issue is so big that in order to use our own product, we have had to leave Webflow and are in the process of migrating our site to WordPress, and we will soon be discontinuing our business with Webflow.

I absolutely love the design capabilities of Webflow and quite honestly from a design standpoint, Webflow is the best in the game. However, this has been a deal-breaker for our startup. If this issue is resolved we will gladly bring back our business back to Webflow.
